Steven Haney has a long tradition of representing firefighters, from applicants to the Academy all the way up through Battalion and Assistant Chiefs. In the last few months, we defeated two Motions for Summary Judgment brought by the Los Angeles County Fire Department.  Steve Haney defeated the Motion as to a Caucasian Captain’s claim of race-based workplace harassment and failure to prevent such conduct.
